10 ways to weight loss - Easy to weight loss

1. Eat 1 spoon of over night socked Methi seeds early in the morning .

2. Drink 300 ml warm water with 1 spoon of turmeric and 1 spoon of cinnamon powder before breakfast.

3. Drink 30 ml  of Aelovera juice and Wheat grass juice just before your lunch.

4. Eat at least 100 gm of papaya between breakfast and lunch.

5. Drink Green Tea 200 ml twice a Day.

6. Drink 100Gm of coriander juice to Remove your bad fat.

7. Drink at least 20 glass of water Daily.

8. Eat 3 spoon of flaxseeds just before your Dinner.

9. Drink 200 ml of Spinach juice after your Dinner.
